STALLHOLDERS
Stallholder site registrations are now open for the 2025 festival.
Registrations close 15 November 2024
Festival stall sites: $100.00 + GST per site.
1 site = 3m x 3m
All stall sites are located outside on grassed areas.
You will need to bring your own gazebo or tent for shelter.
Electricity on site is not available.
Campervan overnight parking is available nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTERING YOUR INTEREST DOES NOT ENSURE THE ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR APPLICATION.
A final decision on acceptance of your registration rests with the organizers. Once your application is approved we will invoice you directly via email
Stall sites are free to local stall owners who reside within 25km of Kimbolton. See map to show the 25km boundary.
