Beauty in Diversity
Ian Harvey
I wanted to show that difference is so beautiful. These Koru are carved from three vastly different woods. Kahikatea is pale and soft - and very hard to work with because of its softness from Hawkes Bay. English Yew is the darkest Koru. It’s hard and wonderful to work with, grown in Kimbolton. Laminated Macrocarpa also from Kimbolton.
base is 800 sq and 1200 high
90kgs
Location: Manawatu
Reference id: E6
