Life in the shed.
Leigh Doyle
As an Artificial breading technician and a dairy farmer a thought came to me during the AB season that I should collect the left over semen straws and make a cow shed out of them. Artifical insemination offers faster genetic improvement, acess to superior genetics, enhanced breading efficiency all leading to healthier and more productive herds. If you pop your glasses on or squint hard, you'll see each straws has the bull breed, his bull code and the batch number. The colored straws were once frozen semen, they also usually have the bulls name on them. Yes, most of the clear straws are still full, but trust me, your safe, you won't get pregnant!
